John is a director and Operations Manager at People Centred Support ( PCS)  Limited. He is a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in social work and a passion or supporting individuals with diverse needs. My aim is to work with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to those in the community.  My journey in the social care sector began 20 years ago as a support worker, providing direct support and advocacy for individuals facing complex challenges. My experience working with vulnerable people inspired me to pursue further education and training, leading to my qualifications as a social worker and a Best Interest Assessor, under the deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. My expertise in assessing capacity, advocating for individuals’ best interests, and developing person-centred care plans will be invaluable in the support we provide to our clients at PCS Ltd. I believe in building strong relationships with individuals, families, and our staff team to ensure that each person receives the support and care that aligns with their unique needs and preferences. My hands -on approach, combined with my expertise in best interest assessments and capacity assessments, ensures that individuals in the care of PCS Ltd receive person-centred, holistic, and high-quality support services.  I am dedicated to promoting social inclusion, empowerment, and the rights of individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, Autism and other complex needs. My vision for PCS Ltd is one of continued growth, innovation, and excellence in providing supported living services that prioritize individual well-being, independence, and dignity.
